ARTIST STATEMENT

Photography has been my way of transforming the world into something uniquely my own. As someone who was never talented at drawing or painting, photography gives me a medium to explore and share my perspective. Through light, bright colors, mirrors, water, and found materials I seek to create surreal, visually striking images. The unpredictability of materials has taught me to embrace experimentation. In nature, I focus on the beauty of details and natural phenomena.
